Shipping and Returns

For small order quantity, we can send them to you by express delivery, DHL, UPS or EMS ect. For big order quantity, we will advise you to use Air Shipping or Sea Shipping through your nominated forwarder agent or our long-team cooperated agent Custom made straps are NON-RETURNABLE. Once an item has been cut and/or started the sewing process it falls under these terms. Buyer is responsible for the following:

• Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products after the order arrives.

• Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged, or incomplete orders.

• Obtaining signature of the carrier for lost or damaged products

• UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx. We do our best in order to help you track your order once it leaves our location.
